Mariners North Holiday Apartments offers all in-house guests access to Townsville's brand new state of the art gym 'Strand Fitness'. The gym is located within a short walking distance from the property. Located in the Stanton Centre, overlooking the glorious Strand, Cleveland Bay and Magnetic Island.
The 1200sqm gym currently offers extended hours and a magnificent location (old hospital site) that is easy to access and close to Mariners.
The Group fitness classes include Les Mills aerobics, Zumba, Circuit classes, Spin classes, TRX Suspension training and Cardio Kick boxing. Brand new, state-of-the-art Life Fitness and Hammer strength equipment will maximize your strength training.
Guests have to register at reception and receive a corporate membership card to access the gym.
Children under the age of 15 are entitled to use the gym if they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Creche facilities are available from approx 9:00am-12:00pm and 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays.
