For any booking of 5 nights or more you will receive one of the following:

Offer is for a limited time only. Transfers and admissions are either a Family Pass (2 adults/3 children) or 2 Adult Passes, per booking.
Please Note: Apartments in our tower section (with lift access) or in our two wing sections (with walk-up stairs) can be specifically requested but availability cannot be guaranteed beforehand.
Booking Terms And Conditions
- Rates are in Australian Dollars, and are subject to change.
- Check-In: After 2.00 pm unless prior arrangements are made.

Deposits And Payment
- To confirm your reservation, we require a current valid credit card, with the first nights’accommodation taken as a deposit.
- The balance of accommodation costs are payable on arrival.
- If paying in cash, a key security bond will be required upon arrival which is the equivalent of one nights’ accommodation.
- Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations outside 7 days from arrival date, Full Refund less 5% Admin Fee.
- 7 days or less prior to date of arrival: A fee equivalent to 2 nights’ accommodation will be charged if the apartment has not been re-booked from the due date of arrival. If the apartment is booked for the equivalent period, Full refund less 5% Admin Fee.
- Cancellation of the portion of the booked accommodation after arrival: a fee equivalent to one nights’accommodation will apply.
- Non-arrival of booked accommodation a fee equivalent to 2 nights’ accommodation will apply.
- Any cancellation fees or charges will be automatically charged to the credit card associated with the booking, or deducted from any deposits received.
- Travel Insurance is recommended.
Upon arrival each guest will be required to sign a registration form and accept the terms and conditions that are applicable to their stay.
Specials & Promotions
- Unless otherwise stated Specials & Promotions will only be available during low season periods and only for the specified room types.
- Upgrades to other room types may incur an additional fee.
- May not be available in conjunction with other offers.
