Booking Terms And Conditions

• Rates are valid to 31 Jan 2010
• Rates are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST and subject to change
• Low Season: 01 Feb 2008 to 20 Mar 2008, and 07 Oct 2008 to 30 Nov 2008. Please Note: Year round rates apply from 01 Dec 2008.
• High Season: 01 Jan 2008 to 31 Jan 2008, 21 Mar 2008 to 06 Oct 2008. Please Note: Year round rates apply from 01 Dec 2008.
• Check-In: After 2.00 pm unless prior arrangements are made. For arrivals after 5.00pm Mon-Fri, or at weekends, please contact reception.
• Check-Out: 10.00am
• *Minimum Stay: Minimum stay periods are as shown above however a minimum stay of 5 nights applies over the Easter, Christmas and all school holiday periods.

Deposits And Payment

• To confirm your reservations we require either current valid credit card details, or a deposit payment equal to two nights’ accommodation 10 days prior to arrival.
• The balance of accommodation costs are payable on arrival.
• If paying in cash, a key security bond will be required upon arrival which is the equivalent of one nights' accommodation.
• Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.
• All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 7 days prior to date of arrival: A fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation will be charged if the apartment has not been booked for due date of arrival. If the apartment is booked for the equivalent period no fee will apply.
• Cancellation of the portion of the booked accommodation after arrival: a fee equivalent to one nights' accommodation will apply.
• Non - arrival of booked accommodation a fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation will apply.
• Any cancellation fees or charges will be automatically be charged to the credit card associated with the booking, or deducted from any deposits received.
• Travel Insurance is recommended.
