The bed linen is old, there was an old brown blanket on our bed ready to be thrown out, it is time the owner spent money on the big little things.
The bathrooms were unforgiving, there was mould in the shower units. The bathrooms just felt unclean, the hairdryers are old and there was a lot of old dust in the filters of the hairdryer, plus there was mould on the walls and curtains in the main bedroom.

Our apartment on the 7th floor was airconditioned, had a well-equipped kitchen, spacious layout, laundry and toiletries to use. The staff were helpful and friendly and staying here made our work trip almost like a holiday. We enjoyed a swim in the pool which is heated, after going to the beach in the evening. There's a tennis court at the back of the complex that we didn't use. I would definitely stay here again for a holiday next visit!

This apartment is right opposite the entrance to the beach and just a block from all the shops and restaurants of Mooloolaba. After a day working in Buderim it was great to take a dip in the warm ocean then find a nice place to eat. Great coffee nearby at the Shot House too.

The main was quite large with a walk in wardrobe & ensuit, all 3 rooms did not have air conditioning which made for quite sweaty sleeps as the rooms were so hot at night & with not one window or door having screens we couldn't keep them open as we had young children & we had issues with big roaches flying in as well as mozzies at night. Alartment definitely needs an update, Screens should be something owner should look into also.

Ants were a major issue in this apartment, owner definitely needs ant baits or have the apartment sprayed to help, we had them in our toothbrushes, on the bench tops, the sink, the cook top, the loungeroom floor, & in the cupboards with the cutlery, it was quite grose we could not leave anything anywhere as ants would be in it & we would have to throw it away.

None of this will hinder us coming back as I know every apartment is individually owned & attended to, our stay was lovely & enjoyable for the most part. All in all we would like to thank Gay & the reception staff for everything they did for us, nothing seemed like a bother & they always made us feel very welcome & comfortable staying here. More

The location is perfect being adjacent to the busy restaurant strip but not directly above so a little quieter. However, if you have young children you may wish to be a little closer to the patrolled area which is 5-10 mins walk away. The pool is good for kids, but we found it a bit underwhelming.

Our one gripe is with the term "resort" - these are apartments not a resort. For instance, once you use up the supplied toilet paper or other cleaning supplies in the "starter pack" its up to you to go to Coles to buy more. More
